FAQs
What should I bring?
Here’s a list of things to bring:
- Your laptop
- Any notes or questions you have about your website
- Lunch (or you can grab something from a nearby cafe)
Note that breakfast is included as part of the program, but you’ll need to provide your own lunch.
What if I haven’t started my website?
Although the day is focused on working on an existing website, you may find it helpful — particularly the Q&A and Talk — if you haven’t yet started. There is limited support available to help you choose a platform and get set up. However, Flowji can get you set up and running with web hosting, WordPress installation and Premium WordPress plugins.
Can I get individual 1:1 support through the day?
There is limited free 1:1 support provided during the day. There will be times where Ostii will help troubleshoot an issue for someone with the rest of the group invited to watch and learn.
There may also be some other website experts on hand who you can hire for a 1:1 session to help you work through your website challenges.
How does the Q&A Breakfast work?
The Q&A breakfast provides an opportunity for you to come and ask general website and web systems questions and have them answered by Ostii, who has 25 years of website creation and tech systems experience.
These questions are generally less focused on smaller technical challenges and more focused on the big picture questions. Some examples include:
- Which website platform should you use?
- How can you get more visitors to your website?
- How can you get better visitor engagement and conversions on your website?
- What is the best email marketing program?
